The total course will take up to 4 months, but may be shorter if you are able to combine the theoretical and practical part. The best places to practice teaching are language institutes where immigrants are being taught to speak, read, write and understand English. After completing the BESTTefl Online Course you’re going to teach at a local Thai Government or Private School for the duration of 120 hours. You even might earn approx. THB 15,000 – THB 18,000 per month. We’ll take care of a teaching position and the necessary monitoring and evaluation. * The BESTTefl In-class Course: <BTIC2009>A complete course for people who have 3 months to spare. The course contains an in-class training of 40 hours in which you will receive basic information in order to start your teaching career. In small groups you will be trained in e.g. class room management, lesson planning, teaching techniques, local culture, some native language, teaching reading, writing, speaking and listening. The in-class training is compressed into 5 days, from Monday until Friday. Directly after the in-class course we will have teaching practice positions available in order to practice for at least 120 hours. The funny part is, that you’ll get paid during your practice period of approx. 6-8 weeks. THB 15,000 – THB 18,000 per month for trainees, which means, that you’ll earn your enrollment fee back.
